The Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is a regional database that markets residential or commercial properties for sale to certified property agents. Each area has a distinct MLS that is used by regional real estate agents and is just available to these representatives. Once noted on your local MLS, your residential or commercial property may feed (depending upon location) to numerous national property sites, such as Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Yahoo and more. The exposure you get on the MLS is significant! (Thousands of realty agents through your local MLS and countless potential buyers through the internet.)
